By creating an account or using AuctionX at auctionx.app, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.
1. What Is AuctionX
AuctionX is a free-to-play multiplayer fantasy sports auction game. Players create or join private rooms, bid on real sports players using a fictional in-game budget, build squads, and compete on a fantasy points leaderboard. It is a game for entertainment purposes only.
2. No Real Money
All bids, budgets, and transactions in AuctionX use entirely fictional in-game currency. There are no entry fees, no real prizes, no gambling, and no real-money wagering of any kind. AuctionX does not constitute a betting or gambling service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AuctionX. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, use bots, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Impersonate other players or use offensive usernames
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through any part of the app
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to AuctionX systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice.
5. User Content
Your chosen username and any support messages you submit must not be offensive, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights. By using AuctionX, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your username on in-game leaderboards and result screens visible to other users.
6. Intellectual Property
The AuctionX name, logo, branding, and application code are the intellectual property of AuctionX. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Player names and statistics used in the game are publicly available sports data. AuctionX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, or governing body.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice or liability. You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AuctionX is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be retained indefinitely. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
Since AuctionX involves no real money or prizes, there is no financial loss possible through use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuctionX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of AuctionX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
